西班牙馬德里，世代與文化的深呼吸
2024年7月26日至28日，歐洲華僑團體聯誼會第46屆年會在西班牙馬德里盛大舉行。這是西班牙第五次成為主辦國，由西國僑務諮詢委員李志俊先生擔任主任委員，匯聚來自歐洲、美洲與台灣的僑界領袖。與會者中，有立法院副院長江啟臣、中華民國（台灣）與西班牙國會議員友好協會呂玉玲會長、Rafael Belmonte Gómez眾議員，以及各地僑胞與駐西班牙代表處同仁，共約160人齊聚一堂。
這一次的年會，不只是會議，更像是一場心靈的展覽。會場旁的臺灣藝術家畫展，將色彩與呼吸放在每一幅畫布上，包括劉于新的作品，靜靜在牆上綻放。有人停下腳步凝視，有人低聲交流，就像在一個深長的吐納間，感受到彼此來自同一片海島的心跳。
李志俊主任委員在開幕致詞時緬懷前輩的努力，讓歐華年會延續近半世紀。他說，作為歐洲華僑的一員，目標是促進僑社繁榮、在歐洲大陸發揚文化與傳統。江啟臣副院長則形容僑胞是國力的延伸與象徵，並期盼影響力能世代傳承，如同父母的呼吸傳給孩子，穩定而長久。駐西班牙代表處葉長春組長則肯定歐華年會多年來的凝聚力，讓台灣的名字在世界舞台上閃亮，如同星子，雖小卻恆久。
自1975年首屆以來，歐華年會已走過46屆。今年的主題「世代傳承與經濟合作」，在複雜國際局勢中，尋找科技與社群力量的結合，讓不同世代的僑胞彼此扶持。
正念提醒我們：在世事喧騰之中，若能專注當下、專注眼前的人與事，就能把力量傳遞得更遠。這場年會與畫展，像一口深呼吸-吸入過去的記憶，吐出未來的希望。
La 46ª Reunión Anual de la Federación de Asociaciones de Chinos de Ultramar en Europa se celebró del 26 al 28 de julio de 2024 en Madrid, reuniendo a unos 160 líderes comunitarios de Europa, América y Taiwán. Este año incluyó una exposición de artistas taiwaneses, con obras de Cyn Liu, aportando un toque cultural al encuentro.
Con el tema “Transmisión generacional y cooperación económica”, el evento subrayó la conexión entre generaciones. La atención plena nos recuerda que, en medio del bullicio, centrarse en el presente permite que la fuerza llegue más lejos.
The 46th Annual Meeting of the Federation of Overseas Chinese Associations in Europe took place from July 26 to 28, 2024, in Madrid, bringing together around 160 community leaders from Europe, the Americas, and Taiwan. This year’s event featured an exhibition of Taiwanese artists, including works by Cyn Liu, adding a cultural dimension to the gathering.
Under the theme “Generational Transmission and Economic Cooperation,” the meeting emphasized intergenerational connection. Mindfulness reminds us: in the midst of noise, focusing on the present allows our strength to travel farther.
